I wanted to write and say “thank you” for all your help with getting the visas!

 

After all those weeks and weeks of – well - hiatus (?) – since that day you phoned to tell us they were ready to interview us, it’s been go, go, go! I think in the space of a week, we’d received our visas, bought a house, and secured a flight! Oh – and got in touch with a decile 7 school. A friend of mine who taught at a smart decile 10 in Wellington, full of ambassador’s children, said 7 was pretty okish and we weren’t likely to find a 10 somewhere as “bohemian” as Nelson! Ahhhh! “Bohemian” sounds good to us! All sun and sandals…or barefeet!

 

I’ll send you a postcard, or maybe photos, as we do have a digital camera – so ought to be able to just plug it into the laptop and go!
