I hope you are well in the cold land. We have just about settled into life here now, its been a bit up and down in the first few months, finding a place to live, then waiting for all our stuff to arrive, but after all that its worth it. We have a house at the beach in Mount Maunganui.
We would like to say a huge “THANK YOU” to you for all the hard work you put into getting us over here, you sorted everything out from the start, every last piece of paper that was needed, every document to be sent. You were so brilliant when we got scared and were on the phone to you 10 times a day you were there to calm our nerves and after 5 months of hard work it worked. We all got our visas and passports.
