When I first contacted TEG for a consultation I explained we were a slightly larger than average family with 11 children. I wondered if it would ever be possible to get our visa's with so many but you were not deterred by this.
When I phoned Sarah back in May 2011 just after the visa lodgement and broke the news that 11 was soon to 12 this wasn't a problem, Sarah contacted them and explained that my wife was pregnant and unable to have her medical examination and the visa was put on hold until the birth of our daughter Lily Faye in December. We contacted Sarah and sent off for Lily's passport. We underwent our medicals on the 22nd December 2011 and were granted our visa's on the 4th January 2012.
We were amazed how quickly things came together in the end and once again thank you for all your hard work.
