For some reason when I woke up this morning I knew there would be an email from you, and lo and behold it was there in our inbox!!! It probably isn't any special powers I have just the fact that it has dragged on and maybe I have sub consciously thought it every morning...
Can I just take a moment to thank you for your help so far and your patient and level headed advice you have given Mel and I over the last 6-7 months. I would say without you we would have gone mad out here trying to deal with everything. It has taken a lot of pressure off us knowing we had someone competent dealing with things for us, so thank you for that.
