Dear Geoff,
Thanks to all the hard work from your team we have just enjoyed our first Kiwi Christmas. We had some problems sorting out Andrew's salary with the Teacher Salary Assessment unit in Christchurch, but thanks to intervention from your team things have been settled and Andrew is now on the correct salary level for his age and experience. Thanks to the Chester office for putting us in touch with such good removers, who delivered on time in Palmerston North on the 1st December, despite having only a few days warning. They turned things round very fast.
We are now well settled here in Palmerston North and are enjoying the long break. Our 2 young sons did the last 2 weeks of term in December in their new school here and thoroughly enjoyed it. They love the swimming every day and being barefoot! In true Kiwi style we now have purchased a BBQ and have used it!
We would like to extend our gratitude again to you and your fine team, particularly Sally in Chester, for such a fine and thorough job.
